Can I list a property, even if I don't accept section 8?
Yes, although our main purpose is to connect families with affordable housing, we do not restrict any rental listings.

How can I contact properties that interest me?
You can email the property manager directly through our site by clicking "Contact This Property" on the property's full-page advertisement. Some listing may also list phone numbers which you can call.

How do I list a property on KyRents.org?
Simply register by clicking the link at the bottom of the page. Once you enter your information, your free account is set up and you can begin entering property listings. You can return to your account anytime, logging in with your email address and password to maintain your listings.

How do I sign in to an existing KYRents.org account?
To sign in to your existing KYRents.org account, just click "Log In" on the KYRents.org home page. You'll be asked to enter your email address and KYRents.org password, and then you'll arrive at your personalized "My KYRents.org" page. Once you sign in to your KYRents.org account, you usually won't need to sign in again—unless you "Sign Out" or use a different computer.

If you're finding that no properties match your search, it's possible that you're being too specific with your search criteria and the exact combination of features you're looking for can't be found among our advertised properties. We suggest that you start with broader search criteria and narrow your choices from there.
