The Kentucky Housing Corporation ("KHC") maintains the Kentucky Rents Internet web site (the "Service") as a service to Kentucky, particularly landlords and tenants. The Service is intended to provide convenient, free access to relevant information pertaining to rental housing, including but not limited to affordable, accessible and special needs housing and housing services.

The information on rental properties provided in this Service is supplied by the owners, managers, or other third parties, and Kentucky Housing Corporation does not verify or warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information. The Service and materials contained herein are provided on an "as is," "as available" basis, and Kentucky Housing Corporation makes no representations or warranties, expressed or implied, to any actual or prospective lessee of any rental property as to the existence, ownership or condition of the rental property, or as to the accuracy or completeness of any information about the rental property contained in this Service. You acknowledge that any reliance upon any such materials shall be at your sole risk. Kentucky Housing Corporation reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to correct any error or omission in any portion of the Service or materials. Any and all concerns, differences or discrepancies must be addressed with the owner, manager or other third party listing the rental property. KHC will not be liable for damages of any kind arising out of your access or inability to access the Service. You agree to release, hold harmless and indemnify KHC from any and all liability arising from incorrect or incomplete information regarding any rental property described in the Service.

KHC specifically disclaim any implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability, habitability, and fitness, for a particular purpose regarding any rental property with information provided in this Service. All rental properties are subject to prior leases.
